How To Measure

Chest

Measure from one inch below the armhole seam across to the opposite inside shoulder seam.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline where your trouser waistband would comfortably sit. This is usually the narrowest part of your waist just above the belly button. Ensure the tape is not too snug and not too loose.
